These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and p222 ("p222," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the p222 online gaming platform available at https://p222.club, including all games, features, promotions, and services offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by p222, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, agent, or contractor of p222, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the p222 Platform or any other gaming platform operated under PAGCOR guidelines.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

p222 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you do not meet or no longer meet the eligibility requirements set out above.

To access the full range of games and services offered by p222, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the p222 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your p222 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. p222 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Account Updates: You must promptly notify p222 of any changes to your personal information by updating your account profile or contacting our support team.
• KYC Verification: p222 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the p222 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits: p222 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are generally credited to your p222 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. p222 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used to make a deposit on the Platform.
• p222 aims to process withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, subject to verification requirements and the processing times of the relevant payment provider.
• p222 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

p222 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if the request cannot be processed due to failed verification, suspected fraud, or technical issues with the payment provider.

p222 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. p222 reserves the right to exclude any player from a promotion at its discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active in your account at any given time. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and any associated winnings that are not used within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the terms of any promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the p222 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fishing games such as Fisher Game and Bingo Fishing, and any other game categories — are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. The following general gaming terms apply across all game categories:

• All bets placed on the p222 Platform are final once confirmed. p222 will not reverse or cancel a confirmed bet except in cases of a verified technical malfunction.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error that affects the outcome of a game, p222 reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved.
• p222 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real time.
• Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and bonus play. Exceeding applicable bet limits during bonus play may result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.
• p222 reserves the right to void any winnings that result from a game error, software bug, or any other technical fault, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the player at the time of play.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p222 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful under Philippine law or the laws of any applicable jurisdiction.
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise interfere with the Platform's software, games, or security systems.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing p222 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage, rather than reporting them to p222 support.

p222 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we have built tools directly into the Platform to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered p222 players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your p222 account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

p222 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including but not limited to imposing deposit limits or initiating a self-exclusion on the player's behalf.

All content on the p222 Platform — including but not limited to the p222 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of p222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from p222.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any p222 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement by p222.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorized use of p222's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by p222.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p222, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the p222 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform.
• Interruptions to the Platform caused by maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond p222's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude p222's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

p222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering for and using the p222 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key points regarding p222's data practices include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used solely for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• p222 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Your data may be shared with payment processors, regulatory authorities, and law enforcement agencies where required by law or necessary for the operation of the Platform.
• You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

p222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. When material changes are made to these Terms, p222 will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Your continued use of the p222 Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting p222 support.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and p222 arising from your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or seek resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.

For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or account decisions, p222's internal dispute resolution process must be exhausted before any external escalation. To initiate a dispute, contact p222 support with full details of your complaint. p222 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a resolution within 14 business days.
